• In layman’s terms, dental implants are a modern solution to an age old problem of missing teeth. Yandina Smiles’s dentist will replace the missing teeth with implants made from titanium or titanium alloy.
• While there are several types of dental implants, the ones with screw-like structures that replace the root of an individual tooth are the most common. This dental implant is the foundation upon which we fix an artificial tooth to resemble natural teeth.
• Based on your preference, we can place a removable or permanent artificial tooth on the implant. Yandina Smiles offers several variants of the artificial tooth, including dental implant crown, dental implant denture, and dental implant bridges.
